On February 13th, We had are rabbit meeting. At this meeting beginners learned about rabbits nutritions and such, while advanced learned showmanship. Sense i'm part of advanced class that is what I will talk about. In advanced we showed how to correctly flip your rabbit over on its back to check teeth, fur, ears, eyes, nose, legs, and so forth. We used our own rabbits, I think at the end the rabbits were very mad at the owners and were ready to go home. My rabbit Oreo thumped which means there upset. If your interested in joining 4-H then our next meeting is at March 10th.

Our meeting was held at the farm from 4:00-5:00pm. We held our annual Christmas gathering. Some of the members wore there crazy Christmas wearables. We also had a gift exchange. After our gift exchange, we had hot chocolate, made bunny treats and decorated bunny cookies. We played some fun games. We also added a new member to our project. Julie the bunny. We had a sign up sheet for members to come to the farm and help take care of her. She will need to have her cage cleaned daily and giving fresh food, hay and water. She also needs to get her energy out so she will need to be put out in a pin for exercise. We are excited for the new year and to see what the rabbit project as in store for us. (Website Reporter) This Monthly Meeting in March in my opinion was probably the most funnest meetings we had because it was a egg hunt. We first hunted for eggs and when we finished that ate a lot of candy. In each egg, was a piece of paper with either a picture of a body part of a rabbit or a word that describes the part of the rabbit. You then had to find the person who matched your body part. Then, we gave our papers to the leader and we learned about that body part! That was the meeting for March. The next meeting will be on April 18 2015. I hope to see you there! My Rabbit. His name is noodles and he's this big and he's only 9 months old! He is a Flemish Giant. I highly recommend that you join 4-H its a amazing way to learn, connect and have fun with animals!

Our next rabbit meeting is, February 21 2015 located at 3450 Brookdale Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95051 we start at 4:00 PST Hope to see you there! At this months rabbit project meeting we had a blast! We had an ugly holiday sweater party, white elephant gift exchange, games, and hot cocoa and s'mores. The ugly holiday sweaters were not all that ugly but they were all fun and festive. The gift exchange was so much fun. We all brought a gift and got in a circle. Our project leader, Amber read a funny story that included the words "LEFT" and "RIGHT" many times. Each time she read the words left or right, we passed our gift left or right. When the story ended, the gift you were holding was the gift you kept. There were lots of laughs and lots of gifts going in every direction! We played many games. There was a dart game. The ring toss game used glow in the dark rings. There were two ball toss games. One of the favorite games was Shishkaball! This game was made using tomato cages, cling wrap, pvc pipes, and lots of bounce house balls. We got to make our own s'mores and we had hot cocoa with whip cream and marshmallows. These really helped us to stay warm on the chilly Saturday evening. ~ Ilan October18, 2014 Today was a fun day at the 4-H rabbit meeting. We covered many topic's
